The Human Resources Manager position for STR Solar is designed to be a full business partner at the manufacturing site level.  The responsibilities of this position include Site Human Resources Administration, high engagement Employee Relations, Performance Management & Employee Development, Compensation and Wage Administration, Staffing and engagement with STR Global Human Resources.   This position will be the focal point for establishing and maintaining a culture of high employee satisfaction incorporating all of the following: fair and equitable compensation, a good working environment via proactive and engaged management, open channels of communication, a sense of achievement, camaraderie across position lines, a sense of community, opportunity for advancement, clear and established personal and company goals.
