Location: Canton MA | | Job Description:
| Will manage a group of analysts in regard to hiring, performance management, performance and salary evaluation.
Manage flow of work through the lab, prioritize and ensure deadlines are met.
Work in conjunction with management, Client Services and other labs to ensure quality of testing and data results and ability to respond to the needs and requests of clients. |

Career Education Requirements:
| Bachelor's in related field |

Career Experience Requirements:
| 5-7 years laboratory experience and prior supervisory experience required
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of budget process, ability to manage workflow based on corporate objectives and client requests. |
