Specialized Technology Resources (STR) is a global leader in the areas of consumer products testing, auditing and compliance and R&D services.  Our vision is to ensure the consumer that products we are all using are safe, whether it be foods, pharmaceuticals, health and beauty products, and over-the-counter medications. 
 
The Inside Sales/New Client Development individual will be responsible for initiating programs and processes that increase business and business efficiencies.  This includes:
Prospect new clients and support existing clients;
Prepare client proposals, reports, specifications, and technical information; Work in collaboration with Marketing and Operations to support clients' needs; Design systems to insure and measure program effectiveness; Conduct and initiate internal process improvements.
The successful candidate must have a background in a technical discipline; i.e., food science, chemistry, biology or similar.  Proven record of successful customer service skills and developing new client accounts.
 
Approximately 25% travel will be required.
