UL Launches Innovative Food Safety Culture Training Curriculum

UL Food Safety is excited to announce the launch of its holistic food safety training curriculum consisting of three courses: Food Safety Culture, Food Safety Awareness and Evaluation of HACCP & Food Safety Preventive Control Programs. Targeted towards personnel at any level throughout the organization, the Food Safety Culture curriculum is designed to augment and enhance companies’ current food safety practices.


Developed in conjunction with leading food safety experts, this curriculum uniquely integrates behavioral science with food safety science enabling food industry professionals across the entire supply chain to create a risk and behavior-based food safety culture. Each self-paced course is conducted in an online eLearning environment, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
