CPSC Chairman Inez Tenenbaum recently announced the appointment of a new Executive Director and Chief of Staff.

Kenny Hinson has joined the CPSC as Executive Director, effective June 14, 2010. Mr. Hinson was previously an attorney with the South Carolina-based law firm Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough where he focused his practice on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, product liability, corporate litigation, and criminal prosecutions. 

Matt Howsare was named Chief of Staff. Mr. Howsare has served as Chairman Tenenbaum's legal advisor since joining the Commission in August 2009. His previous experience includes general commercial, appellate, and consumer product litigation.
