Rachelle Jackson
Rachelle Jackson is the Director of Research and Development at UL Responsible Sourcing. She has over 14 years of experience working with multinational corporations on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, including supply chain codes of conduct, labor issues, and social monitoring programs. Jackson has served as the Lead Labor Assessor in over 1,500 audits in 70 countries across a broad range of industries. She was the Lead Field Researcher in a major project assessing human rights of migrant workers in the Latin American sugar industry. Jackson has conducted many corporate, vendor and supplier trainings worldwide. She is a sought-after speaker on social compliance issues and is a frequent presenter at supply chain industry events around the globe. Jackson is currently serving on the U.S. Department of Agriculture Consultative Group to Eliminate Child Labor and Forced Labor in Imported Agricultural Products. She has a master’s degree in CSR, social auditing and accountability from the Universitat de Barcelona, Spain and a B.A. in political science from the University of California, San Diego.
